1. How can I customize my jewelry?

On the custom text box > Name, font number, symbol number.

For Example:  Alisa, Font 1, Symbol 2

Please be as clear as you can. if you only leave a name to us but did not send the font, we will use the default font:1

2. How can I choose a font?

You can choose a font from our images  

4. When can I get my product?

Our custom jewelry needs about 7-12 working days for production. The delivery time is determined by the shipping method chosen by the customer.

5. Can I cancel my order?

After 24 hours your order can not be canceled the production will start by then. 

6. Can I change my address?

Yes. Please contact us in advance and Renade Store will change it for you,
